Diane Eichenbaum is an excellent astologer who has recently returned to Dallas, after years of living in New York and Florida. This is a business card I designed for her, printed on both sides. It is printed on a light blue paper with silver sparkles in it—perfectly capturing the starry skies.

Mr. Lamb,

I just read an article in the April 09 issue of MacWorld where you gave some design 101 tips for making business cards. I found them very enlightening, but I am not the creative type. I have made my own cards, but, based on the tips, they are probably too busy.

Do you have any ideas/suggestions or places I can go to get them to redesign my own card. I am an 8th grade Science teacher and as you may know, make little money, so I need to do it on the cheap.

Thank you for any assistance you may lend.

I haven't seen the article yet, so I'm not sure what I "said!"
However, my best advice is keep it simple- a simple, elegant all type treatment is better than something you may deem too busy. I'm afraid I have no advice as to where you might be able to go for professional help- other than myself! If you'd like some help from me, e mail me at the address at the top of this site and we can discuss.
Thanks,
Walter
